Here are our phone numbers, email addresses & the recommended method of handling different questions or situations.
For Support Issues:If have questions about an order in process, delivery status, or problems with an order you received from us, you can either login to your account on our website (upper right corner of page, click "My Account" and click on "Contact Support") or you can email us at info@beadedimpressions.com.
Hours:
We answer the phone & e-mail, process & ship orders Monday through Friday, 8:30am until 5:00pm. We monitor emails over the weekend, but do not guarantee a response until Monday morning. If you leave us a phone message during those times, it will get processed on the next business day.
