Silver Filled Wire

All of our Silver Filled Wire is full round in shape and is considered half hard - the perfect wire to use for wire-wrapping and many other jewelry making needs.


Silver Filled is a layer of .925 or better silver that is mechanically bonded to a brass core. Our items are 1/10 or 10% by weight silver. Silver filled has the same properties as Sterling Silver and is hundreds of times thicker than silver plating.


Wire will be fastened in a neat coil to protect it during shipping. If you need a single continuous length longer than 30 feet (especially of the thicker gauges), you may want contact us for availability.
