Handmade Vermeil-style Filigree Bead caps are about 5mm diameter, 2mm thick (double layer construction), 0.9mm hole.
The same pattern appears on both sides of the 21x7mm bead; vertical hole through the middle (3.5mm tall at that point), as shown. Pewter with gold finish.
